Before devoting their litigation resources to the representation of personal injury and wrongful death claimants, our attorneys, Robert N. Hogan, II, Esq. and William M. Chapman, Esq., each spent many years as insurance defense attorneys, specializing in complex litigation cases. With more than 30 years of combined experience in the aforementioned cases, our attorneys have worked closely with various health care professionals, facilities, and insurance companies throughout Florida.
Robert N. "Bobby" Hogan, II, Esq. Mr. Hogan was born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. In 1994, he received his BS degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University. In 1997, he received his JD and MBA degrees from Stetson University College of Law and Stetson University, respectively. Mr. Hogan resides in Jupiter with his wife and 3 children, and he is actively involved in coaching lacrosse, surfing and golf.
William C. "Bill" Chapman, Esq. Mr. Chapman was raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. In 1998, he received his BS degree in pre-law from Nova Southeastern University. In 2001, he earned his JD degree with Honors (Cum Laude) from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Chapman resides in Boca Raton.
